1. About these terms

These terms cover your use of the SARD website and the waiting list. When you open an account in the SARD app you will also accept the app terms, the investment terms and the risk disclosure shown there. If they differ from this page for something you do in the app, the app terms apply.

2. Not an offer or advice

The website gives general information about SARD. It is not an offer to sell, or a request to buy, any security or investment, and it is not financial, legal, tax or investment advice. An investment is made only through the SARD app, under its terms, after you have read the details of the specific property.

3. Investment risk

Real estate investment carries risk. You can lose some or all of the money you invest. Rental income, property values and returns are not guaranteed, and past results do not promise future results. Shares may not be easy to sell, and a sale depends on a buyer being available. Invest only what you can afford to hold, and read the details of each property before you decide.

4. The waiting list

Joining the waiting list does not create an account, reserve shares, or guarantee access. We may invite people in stages and may change the order. You can ask us to remove you at any time.

5. Using the website

You agree to give correct information, not to misuse the website, and not to try to disrupt it, access it without permission, or send spam through it. We may block use that breaks these terms.

6. Our content

The SARD name, logo, texts, designs and software are owned by SARD or its licensors. You may view the website for your own personal use. You may not copy, republish or sell it without our written permission.

7. Third-party links

The website may link to other sites, such as app stores. We do not control them and are not responsible for them.

8. Availability and liability

We work to keep the website available and accurate, but we provide it as it is, and it may have gaps or interruptions. To the extent the law allows, SARD is not liable for loss caused by relying on the website content or by its interruption. Nothing here limits any right you have under Saudi law that cannot be limited.

9. Privacy

How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The competent courts in the Kingdom have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law says otherwise.
